I review the buyer’s identity, acquisition criteria, timing and stated capital position before making an introduction. Sellers must still complete their own financial and legal diligence.
I identify and connect a potential seller-buyer fit. I do not represent either side, negotiate terms, provide legal or tax advice, hold funds, or guarantee a closing.
Before an introduction. The amount, payer and closing trigger are documented in writing so both sides know the arrangement before names or confidential details are exchanged.
